Bryan Webb, chef at the Michelin-starred Tyddyn Llan restaurant in Llandrillo, will share the secrets of cooking seafood at the Aberaeron Seafood Festival on Sunday.
The festival takes place on the harbour and Bryan is looking forward to dispelling a few cooking myths.
"People believe that it takes outstanding skill to cook fish and want to see it carried out by an expert," he said. "Make sure that your fish is fresh. Don’t overcook the seafood or you will wreck the flavour, and don’t smother it in an overpowering sauce, as it will prevent the flavour of the fish from coming through."
