Welsh lamb takes centre stage as chefs across Wales compete to be Welsh Curry House of the Year 2012. The coveted award is now in its sixth year. More than 280 eligible to take part in the competition which will also incorporate Wales’ largest curry festival for five weeks from February 20. Welsh Lamb will be a key ingredient of the festival as each restaurant offers their take on a new curry.
